What’s the difference between a TINE and a PARIS Petticoat?
The main difference is the stiffness of the fabric. The Tine is a flatter stiffer hard voile fabric and has a more edgy raw look to it. It also has a flat section below the waist in cotton before the full layers begin.
The Paris skirt has an extra layer and is generally fuller than a Tine petticoat. The fabric is not stiff and has more of a flowy feel to it. The layer edges have a thin piece of lace to finish them off.
